Ingredients
40g oats
1 courgette, grated
1 scoop soy chocolate protein powder
1 tsp natural peanut butter
100g frozen cherries
1 small handful homemade granola

Method
Microwave grated courgette until soft
Add 40g oats to the courgette and cover with water. Microwave for 1 minute, then stir and place back in the microwave until desired consistency is reached.
In a separate bowl, mix the protein with water until desired consistency is reached.
Pour of the protein mixture on top of the oats and top with cherries and granola.
