Can I contact you throughout the plan?
Of course! I am here to support you throughout your journey, from start to finish. If you have any questions, or simply just need support, please contact me and I will be there to help you.
What information do I need to provide for you to personalise my nutrition plan?
When purchasing a nutritional guide from me, I will contact you via the email address provided at purchase with a short questionnaire. The questions will ask for your body statistics (height, current weight and body measurements), activity levels and any dietary preferences or allergies.
Are you able to make changes to my personalised nutrition plan once I’ve recieved it?
Yes of course, I encourage all my clients to keep in communication throughout the duration of their plan. I want you to enjoy the plan and see it as a lifestyle, rather than a diet.
Can I purchase from outside the UK?
Yes I have clients from around the world, my prices are shown in GBP so just convert the prices to your local currency.
