Vegan and Gluten-Free Protein Salted Carmel Brownie with Breyers Delight

A ‘proper’ fudgey brownie, with a hint of salted caramel served with Breyers Delight ice cream. Made naturally sweet and gluten free with dates, almond butter and oats.

Ingredients:
200g soft dates, soaked
20g vegan chocolate protein powder
100g GF oat flour
Salted caramel extract
3 tbsp @pipandnut almond butter
Pinch of salt
30g cacao powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup @alpro almond milk

Method
Add dates, almond butter, milk and caramel extract to a blender. Blend until smooth. Add the rest of the ingredients to the blender until smooth. Pour into a lined baking tray and bake at 180 until golden. Serve warm with ice cream 😍
