Raw homemade granola… with a sweet cookie dough-like texture, a whole batch takes just 5 minutes! Naturally sweet, vegan and gluten free.

1 1/2 cups toasted hazelnuts
15 pitted dates
1 tsp chia seeds
1/2 cup dedicated coconut
1/2 cup gluten free oats
1 tsp sweet cinnamon
1 tsp maca powder
1 pinch of sea salt
1 tsp salted caramel extract (I got mine from @tescofood)

Simply add all the ingredients to a high speed blender until a chunky granola forms. I served mine with @coyo_uk yoghurt, banana, hazelnuts and a swirl of nut butter 🌟#Rawnola #GranolaRecipe
