Made with just 6 ingredients and prepared in less than 5 minutes these crunchy, glazed, candied nuts are pure perfection.
2 tablespoons coconut sugar
2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons coconut oil
2 cups pecan halves
In a small bowl, mix together coconut sugar, maple syrup, cinnamon and salt.
In a large, pan over medium-low heat, add coconut oil and sugar mixture. Stir until melted and smooth.
Add pecans and increase the heat to medium, stirring until pecans are thoroughly coated.
Watch the pecans closely to ensure they do not burn. Stir until the sugar mixture is almost completely soaked up and the pecans are sticky.
Pour pecans onto a baking sheet, creating an even layer. Leave to cool before enjoying!
