A healthy, creamy muesli you can make the night before which is Dairy Free, Gluten Free, and Refined Sugar free. Soaking the seeds overnight makes them easier to digest, and the muesli will be extra creamy. Great for a quick meal straight from the fridge!

Why is soaking the bircher overnight great for the gut?

Soaking the seeds overnight deactivates the enzyme inhibitors that prevent them from sprouting, as well as removes any phytic acid present. This is a process known as activation which will make them much easier to digest and therefore, better for our guts!

Ingredients:
1 apple, grated
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp hemp seeds
2 tbsp almond flour
1 scoop MissFits Nutrition Vegan Protein Chocolate
2 tbsp desiccated coconut
2 cups unsweetened almond milk

Method:

Add the ingredients in the order listed to a large mixing bowl. Mix together and store in the fridge overnight, or for at least 2 hours.

Top with caramelised pecans and frozen blueberries!
