I love being creative. For me, baking and experimenting in the kitchen is my kinda therapy 👩🏼‍🍳. I rarely cook from a recipe, I’m a ‘make it up as you go’ kinda gal – tasting, dipping and sprinkling ✨. The recipe for these protein balls though, is one I make over and over again as it’s just that good! Who knew a simple, little protein ball could be bursting with so much flavour and texture.

With a crunchy outside and a moist, truffle inside these balls almost taste like they’re bad for you…but not even close!

YOU WILL NEED;
+ 1/2 cup cashew butter
+ 2/3 cup @missfitsnutrition vegan chocolate protein powder
+ 1 tbsp cacao powder
+ 3 tbsp honey (can sub for syrup of choice to make a vegan alternative)
+ crushed cashews and dark chocolate for coating

INSTRUCTIONS ;
Combine all of the ingredients (apart from the coating) in a large bowl to form a dough. Mould into balls and then roll in the coating. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes to set 🌿
